The PlastiCast is made of a semi-rigid polyethylene shell with a 1/8" thermo-bonded closed-cell polyethylene foam interior for comfort and easy application.

Hook and loop closures make for an easy way to apply the brace and accurate adjustments. The brace itself is hypoallergenic, raidolucent, and water resistant.

If needed the PlasticCast can be modified with scissors and a heat gun. It includes two pre-sewn, cotton stockinette liners.
